Refund and Returns Policy

At WholesaleApparelHub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Return Policy (10 Days)

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refund Policy

Refund for Stock Jackets

We offer a full refund within 10 days if:

  • You are not satisfied due to quality, size, or any valid reason.

  • The item is returned in original condition.

  • The issue is not caused by the customer.

No Refund in These Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • An incorrect size, color, or design was provided by the customer.

  • You approved the mockup/design and later changed your mind.

Company Error

If the mistake is on our side:

  • We will offer a full refund OR free replacement.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

  • Items returned damaged, used, or with missing parts (not due to our error).

  • Items returned after 10 days but within 30 days (on a case-by-case basis).


Exchanges

If We Made a Mistake:

  • We will replace the item free of cost.

If Customer Made a Mistake:

  • You must return the product.

  • You will need to pay 50% of the original price for a replacement.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

  • Sale items are non-refundable


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser
