2. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

We sell ready-made and custom varsity jackets.

Stock (Ready-Made) Jackets:

  • These jackets are pre-made and available for direct purchase.

  • Standard sizes apply unless otherwise stated.

Custom Jackets:

  • Custom jackets are made based on your design, size, colors, logos, patches, and preferences.

  • You are fully responsible for providing the correct details.

  • Once approved and produced, custom jackets are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless we make a mistake.

3. ORDER PROCESS

When you place an order with us:

  1. You design your jacket or select a jacket from our store.

  2. You provide your complete shipping address with postal code and contact number.

  3. We create a mockup/artwork of your jacket.

  4. We send the mockup to you via email for approval.

  5. After your approval, we begin production.

  6. Once your jacket is ready, we ship it and provide a tracking number.

⚠️ Important:
If you approve the design and later find a mistake in size, color, or design, we are not responsible.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Business Days:

  • We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

  • Any orders received on Sunday will begin processing on Monday.

Standard Shipping:

  • We use DHL Express and FedEx Express.

  • Delivery time is 3 to 4 working days worldwide after dispatch.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You are responsible for tracking your shipment.

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available only for bulk orders.

  • Individual orders are not eligible for free shipping unless stated in a promotion.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using DHL and FedEx Express.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your country’s customs clearance process.

6. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, different rules apply for stock and custom jackets.

A. Stock Jackets (Ready-Made)

You may return or exchange your jacket within 30 days of receiving it if:

  • The jacket is unused and in original condition.

  • The jacket has no damage caused by you.

  • The original packaging is intact.

B. Custom Jackets (Personalized Orders)

❌ Custom jackets are NOT returnable or refundable because they are made specifically for you.

7. REFUND POLICY

Refund for Stock Jackets:

If you are not satisfied due to quality, size, or any valid reason, we offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase, provided:

  • The jacket is returned in original condition.

  • The issue is not caused by the customer.

No Refund If:

  • You provided wrong size, color, or design details.

  • You approved the mockup and later changed your mind.

If the mistake is from our side, we will happily refund you or replace your jacket free of cost.

8. EXCHANGE POLICY

If we made a mistake:

We will send you a new jacket free of cost.

If the customer made a mistake:

You must return the jacket and pay 50% of the original price to receive a new one.

Therefore, please double-check your:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Logos

  • Patches

before final approval.

9. CARE & INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain your varsity jacket quality:

  • Follow washing instructions on the label.

  • Avoid harsh detergents.

  • Do not machine dry unless stated.

  • Do not iron directly on patches or embroidery.

If you are unsure about sizing, you may choose custom sizing from our size chart.

10. RARE CHANCES OF ERROR

We follow a strict quality process to minimize mistakes:

  • Step 1: Create mockup/artwork.

  • Step 2: Send mockup for your approval.

  • Step 3: Begin production after approval.

  • Step 4: Ensure all size, color, and design details are correct.

This process helps ensure high accuracy and customer satisfaction.

11. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer (if available)

Your order will only be processed after successful payment.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order only before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellation is not possible, especially for custom jackets.

13. WEBSITE USE

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy our content, images, or designs.

  • Misuse of our website.

  • Use fake information to place orders.

  • Attempt hacking or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to block or ban users who violate our terms.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Delays caused by courier services.

  • Customs issues in your country.

  • Damage caused by improper care of the jacket.

  • Mistakes made by customers in size or design.
