  3. Our design tool will open

  4. Choose your colors, logos, patches, and text

  5. Submit your design

You can also send your design idea via email if you prefer Manual customization.

6. Can I choose different materials?

Yes, you can select different materials for:

  • Jacket body

  • Sleeves

  • Collar

  • Cuffs

  • Waistband

You can also add lettering patches, embroidery, or leather sleeves if you like.

7. Can I use my own logo or design?

Absolutely! You can upload your own logo, artwork, or design in our customization tool or send it via email.

ORDER PROCESS QUESTIONS:

8. How does the ordering process work?

Once you place your order:

  1. We create a digital mockup of your jacket

  2. We send it to you for approval

  3. After your approval, we start production

  4. Once ready, we ship your jacket

  5. We send you a tracking number

This ensures accuracy and reduces mistakes.

9. Can I change my Order after placing it?

You can make changes Only before production starts. Once production begins, changes are not possible, especially for custom jackets.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

10. Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide using:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx Express

Delivery time is usually 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.

11. Do you ship on Sundays?

No. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Any order placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

12. Will I receive a Tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to your email so you can track your package.

13. Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes, But only for Bulk Orders. Small orders may not qualify unless there is a special promotion.

RETURN & REFUND QUESTIONS:

14. Can I return a stock (ready-made) jacket?

Yes. You can return or exchange a stock jacket within 30 days if:

  • It is unused

  • It is in its original condition

  • It has no damage

  • Tags are intact

15. Can I return a custom jacket?

No. Custom and personalized jackets are not returnable or refundable because they are made specifically for you.

16. When can I get a refund?

You can get a full refund within 10 days for stock jackets if:

  • The jacket has a quality issue

  • The size is wrong due to our mistake

  • We made an error

❌ No refund if you provided wrong size, color, or design.

17. What if you make a mistake?

If we make a mistake, we will send you a new jacket Free of Cost.

18. What if I make a mistake?

If you chose the wrong size or color, you must return the jacket and pay 50% of the Original Price to get a new one.

So please double-check everything before approval.

You can choose custom sizing from our size options and provide your measurements.

20. How do I choose the right size?
